Terms & Conditions

1. About These Terms
These terms govern your use of the 360Move app and website (360move.com), operated by Apparess, a trading name of Syndikate Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (registered address: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX). By downloading or using 360Move, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.
Your use of 360Move is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Where we use cookies on the website, our cookie practices are described in our Cookie Policy.
2. Age Requirement
360Move is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the app or website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for ensuring that any person who accesses 360Move through your device or account also meets this requirement and agrees to these terms.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and confidential. You must not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you add to 360Move (tasks, notes, receipts, vendor details, etc.). By using the app, you grant Syndikate Ltd a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We will never use your content for any other purpose.
5. Move Sharing
When you invite another person to your move, they can view and edit all data in that move. Only invite people you trust. You are responsible for managing who has access to your move and for any consequences of granting that access.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app or website
- Use the app or website to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or data
- Use automated tools to access, scrape, or mine data from the app or website without our written consent
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to interfere with the service
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others
7. Payments and In-App Purchases
360Move is free to download and use. Move Plus is an optional paid upgrade available as a one-off in-app purchase (per move) through the Apple App Store. Pricing is displayed in the app before purchase in your local currency.
All payments are processed by Apple. Apple's standard App Store terms and conditions apply to all purchases, including billing and refunds. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly for App Store purchases.
Move Plus applies to a single move. If you start a new move, a new purchase is required to unlock Move Plus features for that move. Shared move members receive Move Plus access at no extra cost when the move owner has purchased it.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the 360Move app, website, and their content — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by or licensed to Syndikate Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property other than as necessary to use the service for its intended purpose.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the app or website without our prior written consent.
9. Connected Apps, API Keys & AI Assistant Access
Connected apps (OAuth): 360Move allows you to authorise third-party applications — such as Claude.ai, Make.com, or n8n — to access your move data on your behalf via our OAuth 2.0 server. By authorising a third-party application you are granting that application access to your data within the scopes you approve. You are responsible for the applications you choose to connect and for reviewing their own terms of service and privacy policies. Syndikate Ltd is not responsible for how third-party platforms handle your data once it has been shared with them under an authorisation you granted. You can revoke any connected app at any time from My Account → Connected Apps.
API keys: You may generate personal API keys to access your move data programmatically. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. Do not share API keys with others or commit them to source code repositories. If you believe an API key has been compromised, revoke it immediately from My Account → API Keys and generate a new one. Syndikate Ltd is not liable for any unauthorised access to your data resulting from a disclosed or compromised API key.
AI assistant and automation access (MCP): If you connect an AI assistant or automation tool to 360Move via an API key or OAuth authorisation, that tool may read and modify your move data, tasks, and boxes on your behalf. You are responsible for configuring and supervising any AI or automation tool you connect. This use is subject to the Acceptable Use policy in Section 6. Syndikate Ltd is not responsible for actions taken by AI assistants or automation tools using credentials you provided.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The app and website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or data practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk and subject to those third parties' own terms and policies.
11. Data and Privacy
Your use of 360Move is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights under UK GDPR. Please read it carefully.
12. Our Service
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee that the app or website will be available at all times or on all devices. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the service.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
360Move is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate antivirus protection on your devices.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Syndikate Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business — arising from your use of 360Move or your inability to use it.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for Move Plus in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Syndikate Ltd, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the app or website in breach of these terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (c) any content you submit or share through the service.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by updating the "last updated" date above. Continued use of 360Move after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
